War Stories is a series of smaller expansions, much like Heroes of Normandie's Gazettes from before, but with a tighter focus on historical events and soldiers.

Where Gazettes where products designed for die-hard fans, War Stories will be more accessible, requiring less of the massive backlog of previously released expansions. War Stories will mostly be playable with just the core box, and the content of a War Stories issue itself, obviously.

Each issue will focus on a War Hero and will include a biography, his exploits, a dedicated scenario and one or two punchboards to integrate it into your game.

The first issue will be for Heroes of Stalingrad, and focuses on Otto Carius, a German Tiger tank commander who destroyed a total of 150 enemy tanks. This issue will also include a section of T34s for the Russian forces as well as the errata of the Frontoviks from the Heroes of Stalingrad game base box.

Tie between Red & Green > Blue victory

The Sultan asked the weavers of the city to create their finest work for him, an exceptional Kilim! The Person who weaves the most beautiful one will be become the High Weaver of the Sultanate. An Honor and a promise of fortune that you cannot ignore. All you have to do is go to the market, buy the best carpets and assemble them to make a Kilim worthy of the Sultan!

In order to weave your Kilim, you will have to participate in the market auctions to get carpets. They have different patterns that can influence the final score. Since you are all in competition, you may want the same carpet, so you will have to offer the best deal possible without going broke.

Once you have acquired a carpet tile, you will place it in front of you to compose your work. After 3 days, the Kilim will be judged by the Sultan according to the way they have been designed. The one who has designed the best masterpiece will be named High Weaver of the Sultanate!

The game ends when all the tiles are bought and placed (after three rounds) and build in the Kilims of the players.

Victory Points are given for an rectangular shape of the carpet, for the use of patterns, for the biggest groups of patterns, for the player with most tiles of a pattern - and you loose points if you have open/visible "damaged" carpet parts.

In Kingyo, you have to catch as many Kingyo (goldfishes) as possible, matching the colors of the dice.

The Kingyo cards are laid out around the 5 dice. Players can divide themselves into teams as they wish. Each player takes a Bowl card to place the Kingyo cards they will catch.

One player rolls the 5 dice, then all players simultaneously try to catch the cards with Kingyo that match the colors of the dice, announcing the colors of the Kingyo caught.

Some cards have bonuses in addition to the Kingyo:
If you catch a Dragonfly, roll all 5 dice again.
If you catch a Hornet, each opponent must discard a card from their bowl.
If you catch a Scoop, you can immediately take any card.

When you think it's no longer possible to catch Kingyo cards with colors that match the dice, catch one of the special "Medaka" cards. The game is over for you, but other players can continue to catch cards if they find any. Be careful because there is one less Medaka card than the number of players...

At the end of the game, players score 1 point for each Kingyo and 4 points for the Medaka card in their bowl. In a team game, only the team's bowl with the lowest score will count.

Martial Art is a subtle game of confrontation and brutally effective hand-to-hand combat, transforming each player to a master of their chosen fighting art, from capoeira and kung fu to bare-knuckle boxing.

New York City, 1926: Two crime families battle for territory to extort local businesses and control backdoor distribution of spirits during Prohibition. Each family fights dirty, doing all they can to seize ownership of alcohol crates, even if that means sending rivals to sleep with the fishes. You are the "Capodecina" for one of these families. Command your henchmen to gain the upper hand in New York City by collecting crates, eliminating rivals, exposing moles, and tipping off the DA on your opponent. Do you have what it takes for your family to become Capo dei Capi?

Each round in MOB: Big Apple, players take turns rolling two dice, then decide how to execute the results. Each roll allows players to allocate henchmen to the two game boards and perform various dastardly tasks, such as loading cars with henchmen to drive to locations, loading crates of contraband, revealing their rival's moles, and eluding the District Attorney.

In more detail, six key locations of New York City are contested each round, with half being represented by a black die and half by a white die. You roll one of each die on a turn, and the die values denote which locations may be interacted with, and how many henchmen may travel to that specific location, with the white die serving as the location and the black die the number of henchmen or vice versa. During every turn, a player must send at least one henchmen to perform a specific task on the action board, which can help command cars, expose moles, move crates, and influence the District Attorney to move in on their rival’s family.

Once both players have allocated all of their henchmen, the round ends, then a battle takes place at each location, with the survivors remaining to guard the contraband. After the third and final round, whichever Capodecina owns the most crates of contraband gains control of the Big Apple!
