Aut viam inveniam aut faciam.
(I shall either find a way or make one.) — Hannibal the Barcid

In 3 B.C. two genius strategists vied for the fate of the world.
Hannibal: The renowned Carthaginian general; and Scipio: The Roman Hero.
SCIPIO is a two-player strategy board game: players take on the role of military leaders to command the armies of an ancient age to crush your enemy.
Develop a formation and give orders to your armed forces — never be too aggressive nor too passive.
To win in SCIPIO, as in a real battle, read and bluff your opponent, plan a careful strategy, be a daredevil and have courage to get a break.
Gain a victory and claim glory with your leadership!

Set up
1, Spread the battlefield board out in the middle of the table.
2, Shuffle all the New Orders cards well, and keeping them face down, place them next to the board.
3, Then, each player takes all the Command cards and Troop Tokens of one color.
4, Stand the screen in the center of the battlefield and make sure your Formations are not visible to each other.
5, Split all of your own Troop Tokens between the 6 Formations. This is how you form your Army Organization.
You must place at least one Troop Token in each Formation.
6, Once both players have finished setting up their Army Organization, remove the screen.
7, Turn the Strike Order Tiles over and mix them well. Place one in the center of each Field and then turn them all face up.

End of the game
If any one of your opponent’s Formations becomes empty (has no tokens in it) when they
remove Troop Tokens, you win.
