As a team of wildlife rangers, your mission is to ensure the well-being of different species in your wildlife reserve while protecting them from potential threats. The main board represents a wildlife reserve, dominated by a towering mountain divided into distinct regions. Using a "reverse-drafting" mechanic, where players assign cards to one another, rangers acquire the tools they need to explore the mountain via various paths and transportation systems.
By reaching different locations and observing wildlife, players complete their personal missions and earn bonuses. Each ranger has two mission slots that fill up as tasks are accomplished. To successfully fulfill their duty, rangers must complete all missions before running out of actions. Additionally, each ranger is slightly asymmetrical, possessing unique abilities that can significantly impact the game's outcome.
The game also includes an advanced mode featuring a weather mechanic, offering a deeply challenging experience for seasoned players.
